The IEA Geothermal Implementing Agreement (GIA), also known as IEA Geothermal or as the Implementing Agreement for a Cooperative Programme on Geothermal Energy Research and Technology, functions within the Technology Collaboration Programme framework of the International Energy Agency (IEA).
